Taylor Parkes

Taylor Parkes

Taylor Parkes has wasted the last quarter-century writing extensively on music, culture, football, TV and politics for various magazines, papers and websites, including The Quietus, When Saturday Comes, Melody Maker, The Independent, Merkur, Reader's Digest, Time Out and a ghastly slew of unmourned rags too numerous too mention. His slow, lugubrious voice has been heard on the radio from time to time.

He lives in East London, shaving every day in a gesture of defiance. He can't afford to stay there and he can't afford to leave. Being a middle-aged failure, he is fond of cats and whisky.

Taylor Parkes will appear at Sound of the Thames Delta event.
