Dot Dash

Dot Dash

Dot Dash is a collaboration between writer James Wilkes and artist Lawrence Bradby. Together they explore how people make sense of the world, whether through telling stories, talking, playing or doing experiments.

The particular form of other people’s creativity is always at the heart of their work. Dot Dash uses whatever medium works for the context: the texture of the voice and the unexpected possibilities of speech, games for outdoor spaces, whiteboards and marker pens, a supportive environment for talking, writing and co-creation.

Dot Dash projects and commissions have taken the form of walkie-talkie tours, guided walks, books, live performances and writing workshops.
